Wyllpen Farm is a residential development of detached, single family homes on lots ranging between 2 and 4 acres. Median interior living space is approximately 4,000 sq. ft. Houses were built circa 1986 to 2000 with one residence being converted barn that dates back more than 150 years.

Entry into the development is from Manley Road or East Strasburg Road onto Wyllpen Drive.
