Bow Tree is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built circa 1987 by Vaughn Builders. Several 4,000 sq. ft. homes were built on Beaumont Circle, circa 2004 by Mullray Builders.

Interior living space ranges from approximately 2,500 to more than 3,500 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,700 sq. ft. Lot sizes range from one-half to almost an acre with a median of approximately three-fifths of an acre.

Entry into the subdivision is from North Chester Road (Route 352 northbound) onto Eldridge Drive or Bow Tree Drive.
