Fox Knoll is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built circa 1990. An extension or infill of several homes appears to have been built circa 2005. The neighborhood is sometimes referred to as Pheasant Run, which may have been the name used for marketing the homes that were built more recently.

Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,800-3,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,300 sq. ft. Median lot size is approximately 1 acre.

The development straddles South Bailey Road with Pheasant Run to the north, and Trotters Way to the south.
