Village at Rosecliffe
The Village at Rosecliffe is an active adult (55-plus) community of 72 townhomes by W. B. Homes. First units were constructed and sold during the second half of 2006. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,500 to more than 2,100 sq. ft. Rosecliffe and Georgetown models have 2-car garages; others have 1-car. All models have first floor master suites. Some units have basements, and some of those have walk-out basements.
For the "Active" adult who likes to explore, once you settle in at Rosecliffe, you don't have to go far to immerse yourself in the history and charm of Bucks and Montgomery counties. Within a 2 mile radius are 5 historic boroughs: Sellersville, Perkasie, Silverdale, Telford, and Souderton as well as more than a dozen historic hamlets and crossroads villages. From there, nearby Route 309 and Interstate 476 provide access to all of southeastern Pennsylvania.
Entry into the subdivision is from Detweiler Road (between State Road and Clymer Avenue) onto Reagan Drive.
