Originally known as Victoria Place at Sovereign Estates when construction first started by the Seal Group. Development was subsequently taken over and completed by Realen. Townhomes were constructed circa 1988-1992, Orleans 1995-1997

Access to the Mill Ridge (Victoria Place) neighborhood is from York Road (Route 263) or Mill Road onto Ridge Drive.
