Patriots Ridge is a subdivision of approximately 600 townhomes built in 8 separate phases by C & M Builders primarily during the late 1990s. The development was built on a 95-acre site, 40 heavily wooded, and of which 30 will remain as a conservation easement.
A monthly association fee covers landscaping, snow removal, trash removal, maintenance and insurance of common areas. Some of the units in Patriots Ridge are condominium ownership, thus, there are two associations: homeowners, and condominium.
Access to the Patriots Ridge neighborhood is from Saw Mill Rd (near the intersection with Route 313) onto Patriots Ridge Dr.
Patriots Ridge is minutes from the cultural and commercial centers in Historic Doylestown Borough. As residents of Plumstead Township, children attend the Central Bucks public schools.
