Median lot size is 0.46 acres. Median interior living space is approximately 3,000 sq. ft.

Models as originally built ranged from 3 - 5 bedrooms and 2.5 - 3.5 baths. The builder's marketing packet reported that 40 acres of parkland would be dedicated by the township on completion of the subdivision, which was to include a two acre lake for "game fishing" as well as walking trail and opportunities for picnicking.

Entry into the subdivision is from Ridgeview Dr onto Grandview Dr.
