Homes range from 2,600 sq. ft. to more than 4,000 sq. ft, median: 3,000 sq ft.; median lot size is one-third of an acre. Entry into the neighborhood is from Cold Spring Creamery Road onto Hunt Drive, or from Landisville Road onto Michener Road. Standard builder models offered were typically 4 bedroom, 2.5 baths, family room, basement, and 2-car garage.
