North Branch

North Branch is a 120-acre residential subdivision of approximately 120 homes built by Heritage Building Group circa 1996. Lot sizes range from approximately one-third to one acre, with a median of 0.4 acres. Interior living space ranges from 2,100 to more than 4,500 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 3,100 sq. ft.

Models as originally built ranged from 4 - 5 bedrooms and 2 - 3 baths. The builder's marketing packet reported there would be 60 acres open space.

Most of the homes are on cul-de-sacs. There are two entrances; one from Danboro-Point Pleasant Pike, and the other from Durham Road (Route 413).
