Wyckford Commons

Wyckford Commons is a residential subdivision built circa 1987 to 1991. The subdivision sits on the borough line, partly in Sellersville and partly in Perkasie. It has detached, single family homes with townhomes and condos on Mews Dr. which is located entirely in Sellersville Borough. Singles are located both in Sellersville and Perkasie.

Building of the singles began before "The Mews." Median age is 1988. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,450 to 2,500 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,850 sq. ft. Lot sizes vary from less than one-fifth to more than one-half acre with a median of approximately one-quarter of an acre.
