Newtown Estates is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built by David Schrenk circa 1979.

Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,800 to 2,600 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,550 sq. ft. Median lot size is approximately one-quarter of an acre.

Newtown Estates is essential the whole of Taylor Ave in Newtown Township, just outside the Newtown Borough limits. The center of the boro (State and Washington Streets) is a walk of approximately 10 blocks. The boundaries of the Boro historic district is even closer. Entry onto Taylor Ave is off of Sterling St along the Boro line.
