Summit Trace is a residential subdivision of twins, townhomes and condos built during the early 1980s by Gigliotti. Part of Summit Trace (Oak Ridge Drive) is also known as Summit Ridge. Median age is 1982. Median interior living space is 1,400 sq. ft. (twins), 1,600 sq. ft. (townhomes), and 1,150 sq. ft., (condos).
Summit Trace Road borders Summit Square Shopping Center. Entry to the development is Route 332 (Newtown Bypass) or Newtown Pike (Route 413) onto Summit Trace Road.
