There are 60 single-family homes which are all located on Copperleaf Drive. There are 22 condominium-ownership townhomes on Violet Lane. There are 156 townhomes located on Kirkwood Drive and Aster Way.

Single family models include: Essex, Farmington, Heritage; condos/townhomes are: Arbor, Bentwood, and Dorchester.

Entry to the community is off Upper Silver Lake Road, south of Lower Dolington Rd, and north of 332 (Newtown Bypass).
