School District: Central Bucks Sylversmythe is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built during the 1980s. The development appears to have begun in the early 1980s and was then known as Fox Run. Early builders may have included Richard Zaveta. However, the majority of homes were built by Barness circa 1988-1989, and the combined development is generally known today as Sylversmythe. Some refer to the neighborhood as Fairwood. There appears to be disagreement among what comprises Fairwood, Lenape Village (nearby) Fox Run, and Sylversmythe. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,400 to more than 3,200 sq. ft. with a median of 2,300 sq. ft. Lot sizes range from just under one-quarter acre up to a full acre with a median of slightly more than one-quarter acre. Entry into the development is from Park Avenue onto Fairbridge Rd (East or West, the development straddles Park Ave.) Street Names: Aspen Court, Barberry Circle, Barberry Court, Diana Drive, Fairwood Drive, Harrison Forge Court, Julie Drive, Poplar Road, Sheffield Court, Stockton Court, Williamson Ct |
