Brittany Glen

The neighborhood commonly referred to as Brittany Glen appears to be an amalgamation of three separate developments. The development crosses the boundary separating New Britain Boro and Township which may account for the variety of names. The townhomes located on Unami Trail were built from 1976-1986 (median age circa 1980). Singles and Twins on Green Valley, Michaels, Nicholus, and Stefan are variously called Green Valley and Woodbrook Estates in addition to Brittany Glen. These homes were built from 1889-1992 (median age 1991).

Median lot size for the singles is approximately one-fifth of an acre. Median interior living space is 1,300, 1,700, and 2,000 sq. ft. for the townhomes, twins and singles, respectively.

Entry into Brittany Glen is from Bristol Road onto Green Valley Way or Unami Trail.
