Cedar Crest Farms



Cedar Crest Farms is a residential subdivision of detached, single-family homes built circa 1999 by Fred Macintosh (MacIntosh Builders) and DJ Schrenk. Median lot size is 0.5 acres. Median interior living space is 3,000 sq. ft.

Each builder offered different models:

Macintosh models included:

  • Buckingham (3,640 sq. ft. of living space)
  • Charleston (2,700 sq. ft.)
  • Coventry (3,510 sq. ft.)
  • Dublin (2,870 sq. ft.)
  • Edison (2,790 sq. ft.),
  • Frederick (3,470 sq. ft.)
  • Jamison (3,200 sq. ft.)
  • Warwick (3,060 sq. ft.)
  • Winchester III (2,860 sq. ft.).

Schrenk models included:

  • Ashley, Augusta, Georgian, Highgrove, Homestead, Richmond, Thornbury, Willowmere.

Access to the Cedar Crest Farms neighborhood is from Upper State Rd onto Leapson Ln.
