Idlewood is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built primarily by DeLuca circa 1995. Integrated throughout the area are a number of homes dating from the 1950s and as far back as the 18th century. Median interior living space is approximately 2,500 sq. ft.; median lot size is approximately one-quarter of an acre. Access to the Idelwood neighborhood is from Old Lincoln Highway onto Orchard or Grand Avenues.
