Langhorne Terrace is a neighborhood of detached, single family homes built through the 1940s, 50s and 60s.

Median interior living space is approximately 1,800 sq. ft. Median lot size is slightly more than one-quarter acre.

The neighborhood is located north and south of Brownsville Road between Neshaminy Creek on the West, and Hawthorne Avenue on the east.
