The Villages at Buckingham (also known as Arbor Point) is a residential subdivision of 384 townhomes built by Toll Brothers circa 2004-2005. The community has a club house and outdoor swimming pool.

Entrance into the subdivision is from Sugar Bottom Rd, in the northwest quadrant formed by the intersection of Sugar Bottom Rd and Route 263.

Brandywine, Portsmouth and Bradbury are 3-level models, while the Lyndon, Birkdale and Claymont are each 2-levels. The Brandywine and Lyndon are end units, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, the former having a 2 car garage, and the later a single car garage. The Portsmouth, Birkdale, and Claymont are interior units with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and single car garages.

Access to the Villages at Buckingham neighborhood is from Sugar Bottom Road onto Brighton Street East.
