Stonebridge is a residential subdivisions of detached singles, twins, townhomes and condos built by DeLuca primarily during the mid to late 1980s.

Median age is 1986. Median interior living space: 1,850 sq. ft., singles; 1,700 sq. ft., twins; 1,500 sq. ft., townhomes; 1,100 sq. ft., condos. Median lot size is 0.4 acres for singles and 0.16 acres for twins.

Stonebridge lies just over the Dublin Borough border to the northeast. Entry is from Deep Run Rd onto Dean Rd, or Elephant Rd onto Forest Dr.
