Bedminster Square

Bedminster Square is a residential subdivision of townhomes and detached singles built circa 2005-2007. Townhomes range from approximately 1,900-2,400 sq. ft. of interior living space' singles, from 2,400 to more than 3,100 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,950 sq. ft. Site includes basketball and tennis courts, walking trail and several miscellaneous playing fields and tot lots. The community is integrated with more than 50 acres of open space. The development is located just south of Dublin Borough in the land area north of the intersection of Route 313 and Applebutter Road. Entry into the subdivision is from Dublin Pike (Route 313) onto Croft Drive.
