Thomas Gardens is a subdivision of townhomes and half-duplex twins built ca. 1995-2005. Median age is ca. 1997. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,300 to 2,300 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,600 sq. ft. Homes are 2 to 3 bedrooms, 1-1/2 to 3 baths. Homes built before 2000 appear to have no basements and no garages. Most homes after 2000 have full basement and 1 or 2 car garage.

Access to Thomas Gardens is off both sides of Thomas Road between Willam Street and Lancaster Pike West (Route 724).
