Montrose Manor


Montrose Manor is a residential neighborhood of mainly detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1940s and 1950s. Median age is ca. 1951. Median lot size is approximately 1/5th of an acre. Median interior living space is approximately 1,100 sq. ft. Homes have 2 to 4 bedrooms, 1 to 2-1/2 baths; most have full basements, and about half have 1 or 2 car garages.

The neighborhood is generally bounded by Revere Boulevard (Route 724), Lancaster Pike, Ardmore Avenue, and Old Fritztown Road.
