Nassau II


Nassau II is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built during the 1950s, 1960s and early 1970s. Median age is ca. 1963. Typical homes are 3-4 bedrooms, 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 baths with 1 or 2 car garages. Median lot size is approximately two-fifths of an acre. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,500-3,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,100 sq. ft.

Entry into the neighborhood is from Princeton Avenue onto Cresthill Road or Barnett Allen Lane onto Glenn Avenue or Stonicker Drive.
