The Clusters (also known as The Clusters of Washington) is a condominium development built ca. 1975. Homes are 1 to 2 bedrooms with 1 to 2 baths and range from approximately 900 to 1,200 sq. ft. of interior living space; no basements; no garages.

The Clusters neighborhood is located off Ganttown Road (Route 639) between Bells Lake and Egg Harbor Roads.
