We could not find a record of a subdivision name so we made an educated guess and called it Erial. This neighborhood is one of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1970s and 1980s. Median interior living space is approximately 2,300 sq. ft. Median lot size is approximately 1/4 of an acre. Typical homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms with 1 to 2-1/2 baths. About 1/3rd of the homes have full basements. About 1/3rd have garages.

The neighborhood lies generally to the southeast of the intersection of Jarvis Road and New Brooklyn-Erial Road.
