Breckenridge is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built ca. 1988. Median lot size is approximately 1/4 of an acre. Typical homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms and 1-1/2 to 2 baths. About a third of the homes have full basements. About two-thirds of the homes have 1 or 2 car garages.

Access to the Breckenridge neighborhood is from Kearsley Road onto Saint Moritz Drive.
