Perkiomen Green is a residential subdivision of townhomes and detached singles built by K. Hovnanian and Westrum Development, respectively. Homes were built between 1996 and 2000; median age is circa 1998.

Interior living space for the townhomes ranges from approximately 1,400-2,400 sqft. with a median of approximately 1,900 sqft.

Access to the Perkiomen Greene neighborhood is from Schoolhouse Lane or Trappe Road onto Greene Boulevard. Townhomes are on the north side of the boulevard, and detached singles on the south.
