Curtis Hills

Curtis Hills is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built in the 1950s; median age is ca. 1954. Lot sizes range from about one-third to nearly 1 acre with a median of approximately one-half acre. Interior living space ranges from approximately 2,000-3,500 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 3,000 sq. ft. Curtis Hills borders the Curtis Arboretum.
