Most of the residences are townhomes built primarily by Wooldridge Construction circa 1974-1994; median age of the townhomes is circa 1986. The three sections of detached singles were built primarily by K. Hovnanian circa 1996-2001; median age is circa 1998.

Interior living space of the townhomes ranges from approximately 1,000 to more than 3,000 sqft. with a median of approximately 1,600 sqft.
Entry into the neighborhood is from Greenhill Road onto Hersheys Drive.
