Greene County administrative offices are located at 35 Greene Street, Xenia, OH 45385; phone: 937-562-5006.

Greene County (along with Butler, Montgomery and Warren) was established March 24, 1803, less than a month after Ohio was admitted to the Union. The county was named for General Nathaniel Greene, Revolutionary War hero.
