Endicott Village Hall is located at 1009 East Main Street, Endicott NY 13760.
Endicott is named for Henry B. Endicott, the founder of the Endicott Johnson Shoe Manufacturing company. What is now the village was originally two separate villages, Union, incorporated in 1892 and Endicott, incorporated in 1906. The two merged in 1921.
