Cedar Knolls is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1950s and 1960s with a small, infill section of newer homes built circa 2004 on Hayfield Road and Cotton Road. The newer homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms with 2-1/2 to 3‑1/2 baths and range from approximately 2,000 to 2,500 sqft. of interior living space.
The older homes typically range from approximately 1,100 to 2,100 sqft. of interior living space with 3 bedrooms and 1 to 2-1/2 baths.
Access to the Cedar Knolls neighborhood is from Danbury Road (Route 202) or Pickett District Road onto Cedar Knolls Drive.
