Neighborhoods

The Town of Queen Creek was incorporated in 1989.

Located in the southeastern corner of Maricopa County, the Town of Queen Creek also occupies a small portion of northwestern Pinal County. The Town is a unique community with a history of agricultural and equestrian lifestyle in the East Valley of the Phoenix metropolitan area. The Town attracts thousands of visitors each year for its u-pick fruit and vegetable crops and seasonal festivals. The Town's location in a primary trade area of the East Valley has brought significant growth pressures in recent years. Proximity to both the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and the ASU Polytechnic Campus has increased the need to protect the community's existing character while capturing the residential and employment growth that will allow the Town to continue to enjoy the quality of life it is known for.
