Towne Lake is a residential subdivision of 2 and 3-story townhomes built ca. 1997. Typical homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms with 2-1/2 baths, 2-car garages and range from approximately 1,800 to 2,400 sq. ft. of interior living space. The community has a clubhouse with outdoor swimming pool.
