Saucon Valley Terrace

Saucon Valley Terrace is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1960s and 1970s. A smaller number of homes were built in the 1980s and 1990s. Homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms with 1-1/2 to 3 baths and range from approximately 1,400 to 2,800 sq. ft. of interior living space.

Access to the Saucon Valley Terrace neighborhood is from Black River Road onto Sanbrook Drive.
