Whitpain Farm

Whitpain Farm is a gated, active adult (55-plus) community comprised of town homes and detached singles. It was built by James Nolen circa 1985.

Median interior living space is approximately 2,700 sq. ft. for single, and approximately 1,950 sq. ft. for the town homes. Median lot sizes are under one-tenth of an acre for townhomes and under one-twentieth of an acre for the singles.

Community facilities include club house, swimming pool and tennis courts.

Entry into the subdivision is from Butler Pike onto Farm Drive, or Narcissa Road onto Foxtail Lane.
