Oxford of Blue Bell

Oxford of Blue Bell is a subdivision of condominiums (800-950 sq. ft.) and townhomes (1,200-2,200 sq. ft.) built ca. 1980 as rental units. Units range from 1-bedroom, apartment-style garden homes to 3-story townhomes. Beginning in 2006 the units began conversion to condominium ownership. The development is spread over more than 40 acres and includes swimming, tennis, walking trail, clubhouse, fitness center and childrens' playground.
