Belfry is a residential development of detached, single family homes built during the late 1960s to early 1970s; median age is ca. 1970. Interior living space ranges from approximately 2,200-4,600 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 3,400 sq. ft. Lot sizes range from approximately one-half to more than three-quarters of an acre with a median of approximately two-thirds of an acres.

Entry into the development is from Skippack Pike (Route 73) onto Belfry Drive.
