Heritage Park is a townhome subdivision built from about 1995 through 2001 by Granor-Price and Ryan Homes. Median age is circa 1999. Units built by Ryan are found primarily on Royer Drive. Interior living space ranges from about 1,250 to 2,300 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,600 sq. ft. Lot sizes are less than one-tenth of an acre.

Entry into the subdivision is from West 3rd Avenue (Route 113) onto Heritage Park Drive.
