Gristmill Run is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built in two phases by Ferguson & Flynn (circa 1988) and DiLucia (Circa 1992). Median age is circa 1990.

Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,800 to more than 2,800 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,500 sq. ft. Lot sizes range from less than one-fifth of an acre to almost three-quarters of an acre with a median which is slightly less than one-third of an acre.

Entry into the subdivision is from West Main Street (Route 63) onto Gristmill Drive.
