Elmwood Park

Elmwood Park is a neighborhood of detached singles, townhomes and twins. Singles were built ca. 1920-1950 with a median age ca. 1940. Median age of the semi-attached twins is ca. 1916. Median age of the townhomes is ca. 1922. Median interior living space (all styles combined) is approximately 1,950 sq. ft. Median lot size for the detached singles is approximately one-fifth of an acre.

The neighborhood borders Elmwood Park (and the Elmwood Park Zoo) and is generally bounded by Markley Street (Route 202), Harding Boulevard, and West Johnson Highway.
