Belmont Hills


Belmont Hills is a residential neighborhood of semi-attached (twin) and detached single family homes built between circa 1900 and 1996; median age is circa 1920. It is bordered on one side by the Schuylkill River, and lies just across from Philadelphia's historic Manayunk.

Interior living space ranges from less than 1000 to more than 2,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,400 sq. ft. Lot sizes range from less than one-tenth of an acre to more than one-half acre with a median of approximately 0.15 acre.

Entry into the neighborhood is Belmont Avenue onto Jefferson Street.
