Ardmore


Historic residential neighborhood comprised primarily of detached singles and semi-attached half-duplex (twin) residences built ca. 1900 through the 1940s. Median age is ca. 1920. Typical lot sizes are less than 1/10th of an acre. Interior living space ranges from less than 1,000 to more than 3,000 sq. ft. Homes have 2 to 5 bedrooms with 1 to 4-1/2 baths.

The neighborhood is generally bounded by Lancaster Avenue (Route 30) between Ardmore Avenue and Wynnewood Road and County Line Road.
