Beaver Hill is a mid-rise, condominium located at 100 West Avenue in Jenkintown Borough, just across from the Jenkintown mainline SEPTA rail station. Comprised of three buildings (north, south, and west) units are one, two, or three bedrooms and range from approximately 700-1,300 sq. ft. with a median of slightly less than 1,000 sq. ft. of living space. Indoor parking is available to homeowners for an additional monthly fee.

From Jenkintown commuters can travel by SEPTA to Philadelphia as well as Bucks County's Doylestown, and Yardley boroughs.
