Jenkintown Manor


Jenkintown Manor is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built circa 1906 to 1968. Median age is circa 1935.

Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,400 to more than 5,700 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,700 sq. ft. Lot sizes range from approximately one-tenth to two-thirds of an acre with a median of approximately one-quarter acre.

The neighborhood borders Alverthorpe Park (facility operated by the township) which includes tennis and basketball courts, miniature golf, playgrounds, picnic pavilions and a Par 3 golf course.

Access to the neighborhood is from Jenkintown Road near the intersection of Forrest Avenue.
