Hidden Creek is a limited-access, residential subdivision of detached single family homes built circa 1989 to 1994. Median age is circa 1992. It appears that DiMarco Group was the builder for the first half of development, and DeLuca during the second.

Lot sizes range from approximately one-quarter to one-half acre with a median of slightly more than one-quarter of an acre. Interior living space ranges from approximately 2,100 to more than 3,300 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,500 sq. ft.

Entry into the development is from West Moreland Road onto Hidden Creek Drive. Access is also available from Butternut Drive onto Cypress Ln or Tamarack Cir from neighboring Hallowell
