Roslyn is a residential neighborhood just south of the WIllow Grove Mall, bounded by Susquehanna Road, Fitzwatertown Road, Old Welsh Road (Route 63) and Easton Road. The neighborhood consists of detached singles (about 80% of the homes) and semi-attached (twins, approx. 20%). The twins were built primarily during the 1950s and 1960s; median age is ca. 1958. Singles were built ca. 1900-2003 with a median age ca. 1951. Median interior living space: 1,400 sq ft (singles); 1,500 sq ft (twins).
