Stoudburg Village is a planned live-work, nostalgic European village concept — Have a Shop ... Live on Top!. Single and Twin units have retail space on the ground level and face pedestrian-only streets; vehicle (garage) and service access from the rear. Owners association hosts various "events" in the town square. Units are typically 3 stories, 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, ground level retail shop or professional services office, and 2-car rear-entry garage; most owners live above the shops.

Access to the Stoudtburg Village is off Stoudtburg Road between Blackhorse Road and Lancaster Avenue (Route 272).
