Riddlewood is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1950s. Median age is circa 1957. Lot sizes range from one-third to more than three-quarters of an acre with a median of slightly less than one-half acre. Typical homes are 3-4 bedrooms, 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 baths, basement. About 2/3rds of the home have a 1 or 2 car attached garage. Entry into the development: From Baltimore Pike (Route 1) onto War Admiral Lane; from Pennel Road (Route 452) onto Whirlaway Road, Man O War Drive, War Admiral Lane or Riddlewood Drive.
